Early Career
Clint began working early in life. Aside from shoveling snow, cutting grass, and other odd jobs for neighbors, he worked a booth for the traveling company Mountain Trout Fishing at the Granite Run Mall in June 1985. This was only a temporary job, but was his first real paycheck and initial experience dealing with the public. He baited hooks for customers, weighed the fish, and announced using the local public address system's microphone. He was also a newspaper deliverer for the Wilmington News Journal (November 1985 - June 1986). While a newspaper deliverer, he devised a marketing plan to increase subscriptions on his route. He wrote then printed a personal letter on behalf of the newspaper service and delivered to every address in his zone. In 1986, he worked several months for Mike's Janitorial Service cleaning a Volvo dealership.
As a volunteer in his church sound room, he knew someone that helped land his first job at a commercial radio station. In March 1987 at only age seventeen, he began working for WVCH 740 AM radio station (1987-1990). During the summer of 1987, he did some temporary work for the Wilmington Dry Goods at Tri-State Mall. In early 1988 and a senior in high school, he began part time work for Tigue's Pharmacy. After only a couple months, he left the pharmacy for a better opportunity to work at Super*Fresh Food Markets (1988-1992). While attending Widener University, he worked part time at the campus media center located in Wolfgram Memorial Library.
Although Clint began working for the Brandywine School District c/o State of Delaware in 1993, he worked a few part time jobs too. In 1995, he worked the light and laser show beside the DJs for
the live radio broadcast on Magic 102.9 and Q 102 at Maui nightclub's
Instant Replay in Philadelphia (paid by DelawareCo, Inc.). Additionally in 1995, he began working as a sales counselor at Circuit City Stores, Inc. From 1996-1997, he worked part time as a skycap for ITS at the Philadelphia International Airport (Continental Airlines). He later returned in 2004 to Primeflight Aviation Services at Philadelphia International Airport to skycap (Southwest Airlines). He was also the disc jockey that year for Southwest Airlines Christmas party.
